One flat price. It does not go up when you get busier.
Every plan is the whole product: all 243 breeds priced, card-on-file deposits, your own booking page, spreadsheet import and export. Nothing is locked behind a higher tier. You are choosing how many reminder texts you need and how many groomers are on the account.
The first 50 paying shops keep Pro at $19 a month for life, and places are still open. 14 days free, no card needed. Choose a plan whenever you are ready.
Dog grooming software pricing, questions answered
Is there a contract?
No. You are billed monthly and can cancel any time from Settings. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Your 14-day trial starts when you create your account, with everything switched on. Choose a plan and add a card any time before it ends. If you choose during the trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we email you three days before the first charge with the amount.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have chosen a plan, it starts and the first monthly charge goes through. If you have not, your dashboard and booking page pause. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan switches everything back on.
Do you take a percentage of what I charge?
No. Deposits and no-show fees are charged by your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard processing rate. FurSlot adds no percentage and no per-booking fee, only the flat monthly price.
What if I send more reminder texts than my plan includes?
Sending never stops. Each text segment past your plan's monthly allowance is 0.02 and is added to your next monthly invoice. A reminder is usually one segment, two when the shop or pet name is long.
Can I get my client list back out?
Yes, any time. Settings exports your clients, pets and appointments as spreadsheets, and the export keeps working even after a trial ends or a subscription lapses.
