Reminder texts cut no-shows. When one slips through anyway, the card is already there. You decide whether to charge the fee: FurSlot never charges a client without you.

Questions groomers actually ask

Do I have to build my price list by hand?

No. All 204 common breeds arrive with a default time and price already set. You tweak the few that differ for your shop and you are live in minutes. Every other tool that prices by breed makes you build each service yourself, one at a time.

How does a deposit actually stop a no-show?

A card is required to book. If a client no-shows or cancels late, the fee you set is already on that card, so the missed slot costs them, not you. One prevented no-show pays for months of FurSlot.

Do you take a cut of my payments?

No. Deposits and fees go straight to your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard rate. FurSlot is never in the payment path and adds no fee of its own.

What happens if I run out of reminder texts?

500 reminder texts a month are included. After that it is $0.02 a message, passed through at the carrier’s cost with no markup. Most solo groomers never reach the cap.

Is my client’s card safe?

Full card numbers never reach FurSlot or you. Stripe holds them; you and we only ever see the card brand and last four digits.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Billed monthly, no annual lock-in. The first 50 founding groomers keep $19 a month for life.
